Touch Sensitive is a project created to promote music from Scotland and Spain. On Friday the 8th June they release their first of three compilations. Titled ‘2×6‘ it features Chaffinch associates Burnt Island and La Muñeca de Sal.

Avalanche Records have built up an outstanding reputation over 27 years and in particular have shown an enthusiasm and commitment to Scottish artists and labels.
Chaffinch are chuffed to bits to be asked by them to take part in a Scottish label week. This begins on Monday 21st February and concludes on Saturday 26th February, at 3pm with an in-store session by Burnt Island.

Burnt Island will be performing at Highland Park Spiegeltent as part of the Edinburgh International Book Festival. Also playing are Chemikal Underground’s Adrian Crowley and a VERY special guest who has still to be announced.This takes place on Monday, 30 August 2010 at Charlotte Square Gardens in Edinburgh.
